This location is wonderful with a beautiful view of the city skyline, and walkable to great restaurants and attractions. The space was awesome, and the rooftop was gorgeous! The space was perfect for our NCSU homecoming visit!

The home was beautiful , clean and new. It was great because it had four bedrooms each with a bathroom. Everyone felt that they had their own private space. I had a few questions when we arrived and called Kristi and she got back to me right away. The rooftop was very nice although we didn’t have any time to spend there We would definitely stay here again!

10/10 would recommend this place to my friends and if we come back to the area we will be using Kristi’s place again it was amazing and the beds were so comfy that we went to sleep the moment our heads hit the super soft pillows

My family and I had a great experience here. Central location in downtown Raleigh and walking distance to some good restaurants and bars. It was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. We will be back!

We visited Raleigh for the first time on a business trip and we are so glad we booked this Airbnb. It was super clean and spacious and we had a lovely stay and if we come back we would definitely stay there again. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance (recommended by Kristi). The beds are so comfortable too and the rooftop is an added bonus :)

Booking with Kristi was easy and comfortable. My 5 star review was for Kristi's professionalism which included good communication, prompt responses, clear instructions and friendly service. The house was clean and in a peaceful, quiet setting.

We were in town for work and the guys absolutely loved it. Kristi is amazing and very communicative. Drive way big enough to fit two work trucks. Very accommodating and understanding. Will be back when in the Durham area. Thank you!

Huge thanks to Kristi for an awesome weekend at her beautiful home! The pictures truly don’t do it justice. Kristi was incredibly responsive and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. Her home was spotless, comfortable, and just right for us. The neighborhood felt safe, and the neighbors were super friendly. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! We look forward to booking again!

The house was just as described...clean, comfortable, and exactly what we were looking for. Safety is very important to me when staying in Airbnbs, and we felt completely safe in this neighborhood. Kristi is a wonderful host! She was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We’ll definitely stay here again the next time we’re in Raleigh! I HIGHLY recommend 👌🏽

Our stay was perfect! We were in town to celebrate our daughter’s wedding and Kristi’s home was large enough to accommodate our extended family. The location was convenient to the wedding venue, gathering area was large enough and comfortable to accommodate all eight of us. Kristi responded quickly to any need that came up and continued to help us after checkout when we realized we had left the bridal bouquet and a treasured family heirloom behind. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.
