The house is very spacious, well equipped, and very clean. Exactly as described.
We were there for almost three weeks and felt very comfortable. There were three of us there. Everyone had their own bedroom, pure luxury. The house comfortably accommodates at least 6 people (also in terms of bathrooms and closets).
The house is easily accessible by car and there is ample parking space at the house. Durham city center is also easily accessible by public transport (bus). The nearest bus stop is within walking distance (less than 5 minutes).
Communication with the homeowner was always prompt, clear, and friendly.
Self check-in with the electronic key pad was easy and worked without any problems.
A very nice place to stay, highly recommended.

My family enjoyed our stay very much! Great location, beautiful house with everything we needed. We loved watching the New Year fireworks on the rooftop patio!! So nice up there! Thank you for sharing your house!

We had a VRBO house that we booked 6 months in advance. The VRBO owner never sent us the code to get into the house and after an hour on the phone with VRBO, their only option was to cancel our stay. Kristi was last minute the night of our stay. She responded with in minutes and got us into the AirBNB quickly so that we could enjoy our Christmas celebration with our whole family. What a relief. We had the best time and the space was perfect. We will never use VRBO again and AirBNB is now our go to. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

We loved our stay here. The house is very new and immaculate and is located in a private cul de sac which made for a peaceful, safe, respite for an otherwise gritty area of Durham. We have reason to be in the area and would definitely rent this place again. Kristi was responsive and helpful.

The place was beautiful. Especially loved how each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. The rooftop is actually bigger than the picture shows and that was amazing. The views were spectacular.

This house is PERFECT! Soooo accommodating for our bridal dinner! Each room has its own bathroom and don’t get me started on the gorgeous rooftop deck with downtown city views and skyline! Absolute perfection! I will be back :)

Wow !- super clean and very updated! Not a speck of dirt or anything out of place. Is even pet friendly !!! Very cozy ! The King bed was the best Air b and B bed I have ever slept on and I wish I knew the brand! haha!
*** only note- We did not know it was off a very busy street - Our little dog got spooked and ran across the street which of course almost ended really bad. Not anyones fault - Just a heads up if your dog can be moron like ours was!

This place was exactly what my family needed . It is quiet and set back from the roads. it was spotlessly clean on arrival. It is basic but comfortable for our family of 5 and conveniently located. Absolutely recommend it as a clean place to stay when doing things in the Durham area.

Very cozy place to bring a family, came in town for thanksgiving and the home is cozy! Only recommendation for larger families, more blankets and towels! Other than that, great stay and strong bang for the buck!

Kristi was a great host... her village was well taken care of. Each home seems to be the same layout. They are sepersted enough to give each stay your own privacy. The home is newer then most in the area, well kept and clean. we appreciated Kristi's quick response to all our questions. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend.
