This home was really beautiful, clean, and uncluttered making for a very relaxing and comfortable stay. The house is beautifully decorated, spotless, and a bathroom for each bedroom was so convenient for the family. Kristi was great at communicating and the whole experience from booking to checkout was flawless. I would absolutely stay here again if we return!

Kristi’s place was very nice! Beautiful master bath with walk in closet, 2 seperate large vanities. Bedrooms roomy and entire house was very CLEAN! Kristi responded within minutes with any questions. Would definitely return.

Great location for business and leisure. Walkable to downtown area restaurants and stores. Excellent modern home that has everything, with plenty of space to host and entertain friends and family. Wow, the views were even better in person! The rooftop (where we spent most of our time because it was just immaculate, had the best skyline view) We walked everywhere we wanted to go, local restaurants, bars, etc. make sure to check out Alamentari at left bank for the best Italian deli in the city. Loved the layout and the privacy on each floor, especially the master bedroom with walk-in closet and private balcony. Honestly the best Airbnb I’ve stayed at in Raleigh so far. Lastly, you would be shocked at how quiet the neighborhood is! Now we know where will be staying every time we go to Raleigh. Thanks Kristi for being attentive and quick to respond, see you soon!

Kristi and her home was beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. It was like walking into a new home. Not only was the house pristine but Kristi was more than accommodating and even bailed us out of a bad situation. She went above and beyond! I would 100% stay at her place again and highly recommend.

Gorgeous house! Perfect for my family. However lots of stairs so if u have trouble or someone with you has trouble with stairs be cautious. But overall loved the place, and the beds / couch were ridiculously comfy!

This was perfect for our needs. Kristi was quick to address any issues we had (which were very few) during our extended stay. We needed a house for our family that was close to Duke Hospital while our mom was in an extended hospitalization. This was a great place to relax while waiting as opposed to the hospital waiting areas. It is about 10 minutes from Duke and a very easy drive. This house is walking distance to a nice park as well as a few minute drive from lots of food options. Would recommend to anyone wanting a nice house to rent for a stay!

This was our third time staying in this home and it never disappoints. It is unique with the rooftop patio and the area is wonderful. We can walk to coffee shops and restaurants and the area is quiet. This home is always so clean and spotless. Very comfortable beds and linens. Can’t recommend this place enough and we can’t wait to come back in the future.

I booked here last minute for a college visit! We are a family of 4 and needed some room! I have stayed at Airbnb’s all over the world! I must say this property was exceptional and working with Kristi on a same day booking was seamless! The design and details of this home are too notch! They make you feel like you are at a top notch h hotel with all the amenities! The kitchen and all the cookware and gadgets are all well thought out! Hands down best kitchen and open concept living! the rooftop was the icing on the cake! I was so happy to be able to cook my family a home cooked meal in a home that feels loved!
